Welcome to PistonClick.

The website for motorsports photographers that want to showcase their art and network with other automotive enthusiasts in the UK and around the World.

Getting started in Motorsport Photography can be difficult, the PistonClick website is here to help you with your first steps into Motorsports Photography. In this site you will find guides on how to become a better motorsport photographer and how to get your foot in the door as an accredited professional photographer.

The first step you need to take is deciding what type of photography you want to do. We photograph a wide range of motorsport disciplines including British Super Bikes, Motorcycle Road Racing, British GT, Rallying, British Touring Cars and Automotive Shows. Internationally our photographers shoot everything from the Indianapolis 500 to the Italian GT Endurance Championship

Once you have decided what you want to photograph the best way to start your journey is to head to the track and practice your photography skills. You must be aware that any images you take trackside as a spectator cannot be sold however, they can be used for editorial and Social Media purposes. This is where we can help by publishing your work on this site, expanding your portfolio and adding to your Motorsport CV.

To get you started on your journey we have assembled Photographic Track Guides, here you will find locations with example pictures and the camera kit requirements to take some great photographs - all from spectator areas.
