I have been involved in and around motorsport for most of my life either as a mechanic or fan, and I have always had a keen interest in photography so decided to swap spanners for cameras a few years ago.

I started out with a cheap Canon camera shooting at local tracks in Lincolnshire. As I improved and gained more experience I decided to push the boundaries to see what I could achieve.

I now shoot Speedway with a Canon EOS 7D Mark II as the official Speedway Great Britain (SGB) photographer for Stoke Potters and Carmarthen Dragons Speedway teams. As an accredited SGB photographer this gives me great access to capture Speedway action from trackside around the country. 

Now residing in Stoke-on-Trent Staffordshire, I am ideally located to visit many of the best Speedway tracks in the country and also the amazing Oulton Park race circuit. 

I also love getting into the studio to produce portraits for the racers.
